This is our good friend Dan. He works at Look Up as well. He is ummmm... I forget. Well every one was saying how cute the girls hair cuts are. They asked who did it and as most of you know Dad does that. Well Dan was like can you give a haircut as well. Sorry Dan about the sponge bob cover.

I'm a Big Kid Now

We are trying to potty train Bergen but have haad no luck what so ever. So with that being said, one day Bergen came out and wanted to wear Dad's boxer shorts. Of course we could not tell him no. It was really cute. He thought he was a big boy. If anyone has any ideas of what will potty train him let us know.

I Want Candy

Recently at our church(NORTH HILLS) we had a picnic. It was a blast. The kids had there own cotton candy which was a major hit. Then we had snow cones. The kids enjoyed the boncie things. If you don't know what I'm talking about look at the pics. We had sunscreen but forgot to put it on. It was a very smart thing to do. Every one got really sunburned. But other then that part it was really fun. London said " I really love that place. I miss it to. Can we go back?"

I Miss You

Well this picture has nothing to do with what I'm going to tell you. But it's a really cute picture. Well here is the news. My dad's mom died early this morning. We will be heading up to Ohio ASAP. Please keep us in your prayers as we travel and get prepared for everything to come.

Okay so everyone has been giving me a hard about not updating the blog.(jenga and olma) Well the staffers just got here this weekend and we have been hanging out at the lodge a lot. We like all the staffers a lot and are liking them more everyday. This next weekend Leigh and Gabe are coming down for the weekend. Well that's pretty much all that's going on in the Keigley house.

Over You

Daddy cut Bergen's hair. It looks really great. Daddy does a great job on it. The style is called a fohawk. It stays up all by its self. Great job daddy. I know that mom put this photo on hers to but this picture is just to cute for you to miss it.

High On The Mountain Top

We went to one of the coolest views in SC. We packed a little dinner, and took the camera and had fun family time. This is were the Blue Ridge Parkway just ends. It looks insane..

We Rock

Grandpa came to visit us this past week. He was a huge help. He helped by cleaning out our garage pretty much all by himself. It was crazy. Thanks grandpa! He had fun with Piper as well. They loved to cuddle. In this photo they were watching me play Guitar Hero 3. We had fun with grandpa.

Life's What You Make It

Well here is the update on the Keigley house. We will start from youngest to oldest.
Piper: She is now crawling , eating whole foods and mom is letting us give her a little bit of ice cream. hehe. Ummmm.... oh yea she is starting to make oba noises. It's really cute.
Bergen: Bergen is a wild man and that's pretty much all I can say about him.
Mosely: She is growing up so fast. She loves to cook and tonight I was cleaning my really messy room and she just came in and started cleaning it up. It was awesome!
London: London is talking now about turning 5. It's crazy that's she going to be 5. Daddy told her when she turns 5 she can run with him. She's really excited about that.
Riley: Well I'm an official Look Up Lodge worker. It's pretty awesome. I have like 5 or 6 weeks left of school. It will be the bomb when I'm out of school.
Daddy: Well daddy is enjoying working at Look Up. If any of you come down to camp this summer then know that a lot of ideas are from him and Walter. LOL
Mommy: Well she is enjoying every day being a mother of 5. She can't wait for mothers day. I will write more about her special day after it's happened. ( just in case she reads this before it's her day.) 1 more thing if your wondering why the pic is of a dad saying hey it just made me laugh.

Do You Know The Muffin Man?

The kids love to cook. They are becoming very good at it. They have made cookies and cakes and even Rocket Soup. hehe

With You

We recently got this huge bean bag type thing that's huge and it came in this little tiny box. The kids love to get in it and well they were all in it and so we decided to put Piper in there with them. (Hints the title)

All American Girl

Piper is growing up so much. It's crazy. Right now she is at the army crawl stage. It's really cute. So far Piper has eaten puffs and Cheerios. As far as the foods she eats that's hard.
We went to church this morning and when we dropped her off it was really sad seeing a complete stranger take her. But on the bright side she did great.

No Means No

The girls bedroom is not done yet so they have been sleeping with Piper in her room. They love to sleep in there with her but they don't sleep and neither does she.So Riley and Mom took out the futon (the girls bed for right now), and the we rearanged Piper's room. She was

sitting up in her crib and I got out the camera and she just started making these really funny faces at the camera.

Why Can't We Be Friends

This is our friends Jason and Bo. They are the landscapers at LUL. And by the way LUL stands for Look Up Lodge. A lot of people don't know what I'm talking about when I say that so I'm telling you it now. When everyone was sick Bo got together a box titled Box O' Reliefe with a lot of good stuff in it. Thanks Bo.

Celebrate

This last week was Bergen's birthday. He turned 3 as most of of you know .

For Bergen's birthday dinner we had rocket soup and

chocolate cake. It was really good. If you don't know what rocket soup is then watch Little Einsteins on Disney.

A novel that is filled with danger and excitement , Johnny Tremain by Esther Forbes is a book that will make you realize that life is not fair and that you have to learn how to deal with all of life’s curves that it throws at you.
Johnny Tremain was an apprentice to a silversmith in the time of the Revolutionary War. The war had not begun when the book begun. Johnny is his master’s favorite boy out of all of his apprentices. Johnny Tremain is taught a lesson of being prideful by taking the Lord’s day and doing work. He is taught that lesson by being severely burned on his hand. After weeks of waiting it’s time to find out how his hand looks. His thumb is stuck to the side of his hand. He can not do silversmith work any longer so his master tells him to go find another job, along the way he met a really nice guy. His name was Rab. He helped and befriended Johnny. Then the Revolutionary War began. Rab was killed and a doctor was able to free Johnny’s hand. For the first time in along time, Johnny felt free.
The theme of this novel is trust . It is shown through Johnny Tremain learning how to open his heart to his friend Rab and trusting him with his life.
This was a good book because by the end you were like I feel good about reading that book. You might not read it again, but it is worth reading because you actually kinda felt what Johnny Tremain was feeling.

Lions and Tigers and Bear, Oh My!

We went to the Greenville zoo for Bergen's 3rd birthday. Daddy took off for the day to come with us. On that day we went to a Greenville Drive baseball game and the zoo. We had a blast together. At the zoo we saw a baby aragatange with his mommy and his daddy the baby was named Bob. Mom and Riley decided that they could watch him for an hour or more without being

board ,

we saw a baby Lemur as well. He was about 1 month old. He was so stinking cute. He was about the size of a small kitten. He was adorable.

When You Were Young

Well as you all know this is Mosley. We have this tree out side the house and it's perfect for the kids to climb on. Mosely loves to do everything that London does and well London is a better climber then Mo-Town, so she mostly gets stuck in the tree then actually climbing it, (sorry Mosely but it's true).
